Okay, some Archeron-, Exterminator- or Hellbringer-Class Cruisers on the Side of Chaos.
The small ones clould be Gladius-Class escorts, though they are way too small. The big ones up front coold be any Light Cruiser or heavy Battleship considering their prow and elongated neck, though they are all too sleek. And missing the raised cathedral on the back.
Buuuut... great one. Nontheless. And I really need to know what kind of weapon can break up the adamantium prow of an imperial battleship like that
In the Gothic war anyway, if you've ever played BFG, you would that that was a war out on the fringe of human controlled space, you should see the ships that important military assets have (i believe some of the ships get up to 26km long) sorry if I sound like a complete geek but I like this game
Not to be nitpicking but you have some major inconsitencies with the 40k background here :-/ (Frigates are aprox. 1/4 to 1/3 of cruiser chassis length wheres the fregate squadron in front of the cruiser prow seem to be 1/20 to 1/50 of its length only. Also imperial cruisers traditionally have prow mounted torpedo tubes)
Yeah if those are cruisers, 1/4 is about right with the Rogue Trader scale where cruisers are 5km I think. The Black Library's Know no fear (Only book to assign all classes a scale) puts cruisers at 9km, grand cruisers at 13km and battleships at 16km.
The Know no fear scale is more appropriate with the old Battlefleet Gothic artwork , which showed battleships to be at least ten times longer then escorts (or even more) .
