which gate is it? Is it a specific one (if so, I would venture the one on Blue Wood)or a generic one

either way, it's mind blowing and a bit scary too!

I'm not sure at all actually, I worked on this piece for the re-release of the Core Eclipse Phase book, so it is probably just supposed to be a generic one.

That's probably one of the two best representation of a Gate, imho
yours and the one illustrating Steve Mohan's short story Infinite Horizon.
My first mental image of the Gates came from Morgan's description of the artifact in Broken Angels, and your depiction of it fits it to a T (with two sugars and a cloud of milk,please :p)
